Meet Andy

I was born and raised in Gainesville and truly love our community. My wife, Amber, is a nurse practitioner at UF Health. She and I were high school sweethearts and married in 2012. We have one son, Brady. I attended Stetson University in DeLand, FL, where I played baseball and studied business administration, receiving both a bachelor's degree with a major in marketing and an MBA.

 

I discovered my passion for real estate after buying our first home. From 2020 to 2023, I served as sales manager for a highly regarded local brokerage as well as the highest-producing team in our market. I got my broker’s license and became a licensed real estate instructor in 2021. In 2023, I became a licensed mortgage loan originator. After stepping down from the sales manager role to focus on working as an independent agent from 2023 to 2024, I branched out and opened Guidelight Realty in 2024.
