Meet Andy
I was born and raised right here in Gainesville, and I love this community. My wife, Amber, is a nurse practitioner at UF Health Shands. We were high school sweethearts and married in 2012. Together we're raising our son, Brady, in our hometown. I attended Stetson University in DeLand where I played baseball and studied business, earning both a bachelor's degree in marketing and an MBA. My passion for real estate started the day we bought our first home. From 2020 to 2023, I served as sales manager for a local brokerage leading the highest-producing team in our market. I earned my broker's license and became a licensed real estate instructor in 2021, and a licensed mortgage loan originator in 2023. After stepping away from management to work as an independent agent, I opened Guidelight Realty in 2024, built on the belief that our neighbors deserve a trusted, local guide through one of life's biggest decisions.
